Where do your quotes come from?
We are part of Professional Indemnity Insurance Brokers and we provide quotations and a full broker support service to businesses, including larger or more complex professional firms. These quotations are also with A rated insurance companies.
Our online quotation service is provided in association with online insurance technology experts PIA. The online quotations are underwritten by a range of leading insurance companies through a state of the art quote comparison system. Most importantly, all of the insurers are A rated.
What information do you need to provide a quotation?
The online quotation process is very easy and takes just a few minutes to complete. When you enter the quotation system you will be asked a series of questions about your business, including your fee income or turnover, your business activities, information about your experience or qualifications and whether you have ever had any claims.
As with any insurance policy, it is vital that all questions are answered truthfully and that full disclosure of information is provided.
How soon are my insurance documents available?
Our system is fully automated so as soon as you purchase a policy online your new insurance documents are produced and delivered to you immediately by email. So if you need evidence of insurance cover urgently, there is no delay.
Can I pay for the insurance online?
Yes, you can pay for your insurance policy online. If you are happy with your quotation you can purchase your cover online instantly and securely by following the simple payment process. We accept all major debit and credit cards and you can also pay for certain professional indemnity policies by interest free monthly instalments.
Can I get a quote by calling you?
We wont be able to offer you a quotation on the telephone. This either has to be done online (which only takes a few minutes) or we will require a completed proposal form for those firms not suitable to purchase cover from our website.
When you obtain a quote online you will be able to view the policies offered and any terms applicable online and also save the quotations for future use. You can then decide if you would still like to talk to us or if you are happy to go ahead you can buy the policy immediately. Your documents are then generated and emailed to you instantly.
